Neil has completed two extensions for us over the last few years. The first in our previous house was a large two storey extension with two bedrooms and a large summer house.  We were so impressed with the quality and the standard of his work that when we moved Neil was the obvious choice when we decided to extend again in our current home. Starting in July 2014 the two bedroom extension was completed 3 weeks later. Neil has never let us down, his ability as a builder is fantastic and his attention to detail is faultless. I have no hesitation in employing Neil Burnett again.  He is a very honest and reliable workman.  My house needed repointing and he did an excellent job.  My house looked like a new build.  Neil also did some fence repair and fitted ‘verge ends’ onto my roof edges.  Again I am very pleased with Neil’s workmanship.  I would definitely recommend. K Douglass, South Shields
